A private residential cottage, which Initia initially applied for planning permission in 2016, has now been completed and is on the market for £700,000.

The private cottage in High Wycombe, has been built on a tapering garden plot in the established village of Holmer Green in Buckinghamshire. It now consists of three bedrooms with a large living/dining/kitchen space.

Initia are thoroughly pleased with the outcome of this project, even more so as it initially lost on appeal for an earlier scheme through other developers.

Initial managed to achieve full planning permission back in 2016 and the development was completed with only a couple of adjustments to our original drawings and design.
