Unique buildings, distinctive design and high-quality public places have made this £80m scheme a huge success for everyone involved.

One of the latest projects we have been working on, known as ‘The Crescent,’ has been referred to as “hugely successful” by Hinckley and Bosworth Council. The new and distinctive development occupies 275,000 sq ft of space and is partially occupied and fitted-out with restaurants, a new bus interchange, Sainsbury’s as well as other major retailers.
