This residential project involved both the exterior being refurbished and the main apartment undergoing it’s basement repurposing, in order to create a family entertainment space, home cinema, bar, lounge and wine cellar. The former spa area, which included a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna complex in the lower basement has been transformed into a new home cinema, bar and family entertainment area.

The old pool and sauna/jacuzzi facility is cunningly still underneath the new development, and has been untouched in case it were to be reinstated in the future.
