A re-submission planning application for the Lightwater Club Scheme has now been submitted, thanks to Initia’s new designs.

Initia are thrilled to say they have now made the formal re-submission for the Lightwater Club Scheme. The proposed project will see the creation of a new club, shop and apartments and housing.

After much architectural revision and as a result of a public exhibition of proposals, through Quatro (PR Consultants), the new application has been sent to Surrey Heath DC, with the help of Woolf Bond Planning.

“The public exhibition of the new proposals was extremely successful and resulted in a high proportion of positive responses to the new design. This allowed us to make the re-submission with a lot more comfort that it would be accepted by the local community.”
