Innovation House has been an Initia project for the last three years. With marketing of the conversion to start soon, this latest development shows how these luxury apartments are really starting to take shape.

2020 Update

The first completed units of this fabulous project have now been completed and marketing of the conversion is about to start early February.

External work is also about to start, with walkways and park-facing terraces being tiled and sealed, ready for the outside cladding. Also, final lighting and snapping has been completed on the new upper level penthouses.

We are all very excited and proud about seeing the completed version of project and will keep you updated!

24th October 2019

During a recent progress visit to our extended scheme in Isleworth, Middlesex, glass balustrading is now being installed and interior fittings to the kitchens, bathrooms and common areas are moving at pace.

Brickwork on the ground floor has been started and the top floor apartments are getting fitted-out. Now, elevations are being readied for the new rain-screen cladding and we are waiting for the final new windows to arrive.

These innovative, luxury apartments are full height glazed and give out command views over Twickenham stadium.
