We are proud to learn that our Bamford Point scheme has now been sold to Sheffield City Council as affordable housing that will support young people and keyworkers.

What’s The Plan?

It is with great excitement, and just a little relief, to report that Initia achieved full planning approval last night for our much needed conversion. This comes after two years of negotiations on the local Council and Mayor of London demands, to this scheme that will bring much needed new residential accomodation to Hounslow, Middlesex.

Re-defining at it’s Best

On occasions, there are times when we need to re-visit a project and refine the development.

Following some neighbour objections, we had already made changes and refinements to our Kingswick House scheme. The initial aim was to to reduce it’s impact and prevent overlooking.

Here at Initia, we are much more used to the planning, design, development and management of much larger projects, however here is an example of a recent basement extension we have been working on.
