Additional storey now under construction in this trendy London suburb
The internal works have been underway for sometime with 9 units now completed and services in place. Our attention is now firmly on the outside of this transformation from tired office building to trendy residential address.
Work is beginning on the additional storey of luxury apartments plus the cladding is about to be removed ready for the new rain-screen system to be added. First the old concrete and screed roof and asphalt topping have to be removed for the new transfer deck steel to be constructed to take the new floor of apartments.
