An impressive extension and refit project while retaining original features
Our new project for a high-end extension and modernisation at one of the main dwellings within Lavershot Hall Windlesham for a private client.
Already having gained Full planning permission we are now developing tender and design drawings for the project which has to be completed by May 2017.
Comprising a full basement extension with Ground floor above and a full internal refit and redesign to create a contemporary 4-levels project within an imposing Victorian property retaining period features throughout the new work.
Scheduled to go on site around Christmas with a challenging end-date of May 2017…..
