Initia and PJPC achieve full planning consent for private home
In conjuction with PJPC Planning Consultants, we have managed to achieve full planning permission for a cottage style home in the Chiltern District
The home is to be built on a tapering garden plot in the established village of Holmer Green in Buckinghamshire and consists of three bedrooms with a large living/dining/kitchen space.
Work is to start soon on this self-build project by the owners for their own occupation.
