Conversion with ambitious 2/3 floor extension to create 65 new dwellings
This latest project has been submitted for planning approval to convert an existing building to residential use with a major vertical extension.
If accepted the finished building will contain 65 apartments and will add two full floors and a third penthouse level over part of the footprint.
