One of the latest projects we have been working on, known as ‘The Crescent,’ has been referred to as “hugely successful” by Hinckley and Bosworth Council.

The 80 million project which officially opened in April 2017, is now nearing final completion.

The new and distinctive development occupies 275,000 sq ft of space and is partially occupied and fitted-out with restaurants, a new bus interchange, Sainsbury’s as well as other major retailers.

The Place To Be

The initial vision was about creating a new focus for Hinckley, which included unique buildings, a distinctive style and high-quality public spaces.

Hinckley and Bosworth Council announced that they were all ‘very pleased with the outcome of the scheme and it is now becoming the place to be. It has turned out to be hugely successful with many retailers returning to the area after years of being away.’

We are extremely happy about the outcome of this project and we hope the town enjoys it’s new development.
