Another project from our lead architects early days that is maturing well
You can’t beat good ‘functional’ design. It’s always a great reminder of this when we pass by projects we were involved in years before.
Seeing them still smart, occupied and serving their purpose well reminds me how important it is to be as timeless as you can in design. Initia continue to work with our clients and partners to bring practical, well-thought out commercial spaces, just like these Industrial/Office/Commercial units I passed recently in Basingstoke – built last ‘century’ and now very well established in its surroundings, but sporting a new colour scheme, it is still looking quite fresh!
