On occasions, there are times when we need to re-visit a project and refine the development.
Following some neighbour objections, we had already made changes and refinements to our Kingswick House scheme. The initial aim was to to reduce it’s impact and prevent overlooking.
Here at Initia, we are much more used to the planning, design, development and management of much larger projects, however here is an example of a recent basement extension we have been working on.

We are now in bigger and brighter offices – and continuing to grow
It’s happened – after 5 years we have managed to outgrow our current offices in Theale. So it’s goodbye to Arlington Business Park and hello to Wyvols Court in Swallowfield. We really are starting 2017 as we mean to go on!

The internal works have been underway for sometime with 9 units now completed and services in place. Our attention is now firmly on the outside of this transformation from tired office building to trendy residential address.
